Terms and Web Privacy Information

Wholesale Only

Hayn manufactures and distributes quality architectural/marine products to the trade. Possession of this catalog does not constitute an agreement to sell. Please call, fax, or write for the name of the Dealer or Rigger/Installer nearest you. We will also be happy to answer your questions concerning turnbuckles and related hardware. For questions on a particular application, your local rigger/installer would be your best source of information. Please call for the Hayn Rigger/Installer closest to you.

Ordering

Ordering may be done by fax, phone, email, and mail. Please try to give part # and description to eliminate confusion, i.e.. (lifeline, rigging, Handy Crimp™, etc). Our minimum order is $100.00 net, (no exceptions please).

Pricing (wholesale only)

Please call for your discount and trade terms. Pricing is subject to change without notice, but every effort will be made to hold prices for the calendar year.

Payment

Standard payment terms are net 30 days to established accounts. Prepayment or C.O.D. shipment is required for first time orders or until account terms are established. We also accept all major Credit Cards for your convenience. If your account is not kept current you will be put on C.O.D. and a 1-1/2% finance charge will be added per month until your balance is paid. Payment discounts will not be allowed on invoices with account balances over the established terms.

Freight

Freight and insurance charges will be added to invoice when shipped. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Our C.O.D. fee is $22.00 net. Depending on size and weight of packages, orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or common carrier. Shipments with other carriers may incur additional charges.

Returns

Returns may be subject to a restocking charge depending on parts ordered. Please call for a return authorization number before submitting any returns. Due to rapid product improvements, only current inventory will be accepted. Non-catalog items may not be returnable.

Specifications are subject to change without notice. Due to continuous improvement of our product line, catalog items are not always as pictured.

Warranty

Hardware manufactured by Hayn Enterprises, LLC is guaranteed at time of shipment to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship. We accept no responsibility if the products are used in applications where their safe working load is exceeded or when improperly installed. We make no representations for suitability to a particular application. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion, of the warranted part only. Hayn Enterprises, LLC does not, under any circumstances, assume responsibility for any incidental damages incurred in connection with the use of it’s products. All hardware manufactured by Hayn Enterprises, LLC carries a limited lifetime warranty.
